In Deep Blue: Poem by Seth Dombach (kloipy)

gustave

It is a moonless night that tells the most tales

In deep blue that spread like fingers to the lips

In a quiet hush

The man who steps beneath it looks up

Wants to clutch to the ground below him

For fear that the earth will release him

Leaving him to float to the vast, unending

Field of stars above

  1. I liked this very much. Provokes some awesome imagery and the prose is great, Seth. Good job.
